The First Step · $127
One session. No long commitment. Real answers.
For when you’re not ready to commit to a program but need a real conversation about where you are with food, your body, and what comes next.
Or talk first — book a free 20-minute call
What this session is.
A 60-minute one-on-one conversation, on Google Meet, with me — Kayla Smith. Real coaching, not a sales call. No script. No worksheet you have to fill out. Just an actual conversation about where you are with food and what would help.
You bring whatever’s loud right now. We talk through it. By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of what’s going on and what — if anything — to do next.
This session is for you if…
- You’ve been dieting for years and you’re starting to question whether it’s working
- You want to understand intuitive eating without committing to a long program first
- You have one specific thing you want to talk through — binge eating, food fear, body image, late-night eating, anything
- You’re considering one of my longer programs and want to test the fit first
- You just want to talk to someone who isn’t going to put you on a diet
A few honest disclaimers
- This isn’t therapy. If you’re working through an active eating disorder, you need a licensed therapist or treatment team, not coaching.
- This isn’t a meal plan. I won’t tell you what to eat.
- This isn’t weight loss coaching. We won’t weigh you or talk about goal weights.
- One session is one session. If you have years of work to do — and many people do — one session is a start, not an ending.
What to expect.
- You book through the link above and pay $127 through Stripe.
- You’ll be redirected to my calendar to pick a time.
- About 24 hours before your session, you’ll get a Google Meet link.
- Bring whatever you want to talk through. No prep required.
- After the session, you get a written summary of what we discussed and any next-step suggestions.
