  • This is not weight loss coaching. We will not weigh you. We will not talk about pounds.
  • This is not therapy. If you're in active treatment for an eating disorder, you need a therapist. I work alongside one when it's appropriate — not in place of one.
  • This is not a meal plan. I will not tell you what to eat.
  • This is not a quick fix. Six months is six months. The work is real and it is not always comfortable.
