We start where most diet damage starts: your relationship history with food. We map your patterns, identify what’s not working, and begin reconnecting with hunger as a real signal.
We name the foods you’ve forbidden. We start dismantling the rules. We begin the work of permission — slowly, deliberately, with support.
Hunger has a partner: fullness. This week we build the second half of the conversation between you and your body, and we talk about what satisfaction actually means.

You’ll have my voice memo line. Between sessions, when something comes up — a hard moment, a question, a win, a stuck place — you can send a voice memo or text. I respond the same day on weekdays (and often weekends, when I’m around).
